The Statistics on British Persons and their Families Who Have Applied for a Withdrawal Agreement document (Article 50 TFEU) is compiled from files taken from the Central Register of Foreigners and shows the number of applicants for the Withdrawal Agreement document and the status of the procedure (granted, denied, missing documentation or terminated). Beneficiaries of the Withdrawal Agreement are people with British citizenship and their family members who had a registration certificate or family member card of an EU/EFTA national prior to 31 December 2020 and those who, without having a certificate, have demonstrated that they resided in Spain in accordance with the EU Treaty prior to that date.
This data is published semi-annually providing monthly data since July 2020.
