Complaints and suggestions

Chapter IV of the RD 951/2005 of 29 july establishing the terms of reference for quality improvement in the General state administration, reflected the programme of complaints and suggestions, which provides the organs and bodies of the General state administration must offer citizens a means of presenting to them complaints and suggestions.

Purpose

Through this procedure may be submitted complaints, initiatives and/or suggestions that the citizens they deem fit on the functioning of the Units of the Ministry.


Complaints will not in any case the characterization of administrative appeal was filed or will paralyse the deadlines set in the current regulation.


The submission of a complaint does not prejudice in any way the exercise of the remaining actions or rights that, in accordance with the rules and regulations of each procedure, may exercise the contained therein as stakeholders.

Who can submit it

All citizens they so wish, through registration form for that purpose, or by writing to express the complaint or suggestion, reflecting its dissatisfaction with the services provided and also of initiatives and suggestions as they deem appropriate for the improvement of services of the department.

Unit responsible

The Unit affected by the complaint or suggestion.

Deadline for response

The Unit concerned should report to the citizen within 20 days, after the clarifications he deems appropriate to apply, of the actions undertaken and measures, if any, taken. If after a period of time had not received any response, the interested party may approach the General inspectorate of Services, or from the corresponding Sectoral (Inspections of service of the national institute of Social security, of the treasury of Social security, the Instituto Social de la Marina) in order to ascertain the reasons which have resulted in the absence of defence and demand appropriate responsibilities.

In person or by mail

  • By completing the form of complaints and suggestions that can be downloaded from this page (for late filing of a person or by postal mail), being also available in the General and assistant receipt or exit of documents and, in any case, in the information offices and public Services, both in central and Peripheral Regions of the department.
  • Conducting a writing signed by the person concerned, thereby exposing the object of your complaint or suggestion, which shall indicate its name, telephone, domicile and, if convicted, email address to you for your answer, if so stated.
  • Both the written form can be presented in any public register or office of citizen attention.
  • In the form which is included in this subparagraph, once you have clicked on, you will be able to obtain as many copies in white as it deems appropriate to their subsequent filling manually or write data required and then obtain the desired number of copies (recommended obtaining two copies in one of them be sealed in the tabling office).

  • If in the form choose as a means of defence in the mail or email, the unit responsible for the management and to answer the complaint should accordingly respond in the choice of medium.
