Internal Channel Information
In compliance with the provisions of Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of individuals who report regulatory violations and fight against corruption, the Ministry of Inclusion, Social Security, and Migration has implemented an internal information system.
This system fulfills the purpose of the aforementioned Law, allowing individuals to report on any of the actions or omissions referred to in its Article 2, primarily infringements of EU law and serious or very serious criminal or administrative offenses.

For submitting this information, the System has an internal channel that enables written communication through two means:
- A computer application that meets the criteria of information confidentiality and data protection, which can be accessed through the link that will be published soon.
- By postal mail sent to the following address:

It will also be accepted that, upon request of the whistleblower, the communication may be made through an in-person meeting within a maximum period of seven days.
The Law establishes the creation of an external information channel and the appointment of an Independent Authority for the Protection of Whistleblowers.
Any individual may report to said Authority, or to the corresponding regional authorities or bodies, any actions or omissions falling within the scope of Law 2/2023, of February 20, either directly or after prior communication through the corresponding internal channel.
