The governance and monitoring of the Strategic Framework shall be carried out under the remit of the Ministry of Inclusion, Social Security and Migration, which is included in its Royal Decree on the Structure of the Strategic Framework and is charged to its current budget and staff.
For the governance of the Strategic Framework, the creation of a Strategic Framework Monitoring and Evaluation Committee is planned. The committee will be chaired by the head of the State Secretariat for Migration and will be composed of relevant actors for the purpose of the Strategic Framework.
The Monitoring and Evaluation Committee shall carry out the follow-up to the Strategic Framework with annual impact. It will focus on monitoring the development of policies for the integration and inclusion of the foreign population within the remit of the various institutions and bodies and assessing the extent to which the situation is improving on the basis of analyses of: the development of a range of indicators; actions to combat racism, xenophobia and intolerance and discrimination in general; and the production of ad hoc reports.
