Legal representatives: any natural or legal person.

Requirements:

  • Accreditation of representation by:   
    • Notarial authorization (public or private document with notarized signature legitimated)
    • Apud acta (voluntary representation).

Accreditation of the employment relationship between the company and the applicant.

The Representative of the Company (natural person who appears in the Public Document registered in the Commercial Registry with power of representation).

Foundations

Associations

NIF of the Foundation or Association.

LEGAL REPRESENTATION OF FOREIGN MINORS OR FOREIGN PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES WHO NEED THE SUPPORT OF A THIRD PARTY TO EXERCISE THEIR LEGAL CAPACITY

Legal representatives: parent, guardian/guardian, or support person.

Requirements:

  • The minor or the disabled person and the legal representative must be in Spain.
  • The link must be established as civil, biological or necessary support, which demonstrates the paternal or maternal filial relationship and/or the capacity to represent or the necessary support.
