The foreign person must have been admitted to an officially recognized center in Spain for the realization of such activities. This centre will be a university, a centre of the Higher Council for Scientific Research or another public or private R&D institution. It allows the admission and mobility of third-country nationals for research purposes for a period exceeding 90 days.
In addition, foreign persons admitted for these purposes may conduct classes or carry out other activities compatible with their main research activity, in accordance with the regulations in force.
