Specific competition of the Higher Corps of Social Security Lawyers 2025

Resolution of 4 December 2025, of the Under-Secretariat, calling for a specific merit competition for the provision of jobs in the Social Security Administration. “Official State Gazette” of 18 December.

Events

    • Document with useful information related to the form of presentation, resolution of incidents, provision of documentation, making of claims, consultation of the state of participation, etc.
    • Information note related to the allegation of merits in Annex V and the accreditation of the cases related to the reconciliation of personal, family and work life.
    • Annexes in Word (to download) to be filled in with the computer, Annex III is generated by the SIGP so it does not have to be filled in Word except in the circumstances described in the third base point 1.

  • Resolution of 19 December 2025, by the Under-Secretariat, correcting errors in the resolution of 4 December 2025, which calls for a specific tender for the provision of jobs “Official State Gazette” of 27 December.

  • According to the eighth point 2 of the call, the list of excluded participants is made public.

    A period of 5 working days for possible corrections by the excluded persons is opened. The claims will be made exclusively by e-mail addressed to concursos.ooaayss@inclusion.gob.es indicating the full name and ID.

  • According to the eighth base point 3: “_Both the partial waiver of one or more specific posts of the application and the withdrawal of the application, which implies the withdrawal of all the requested posts, will be admitted up to two days before the date of publication of the provisional lists of evaluation of the applications. Such a date shall be publicized in due time._”

    During the morning of 24 April, these scores will be published, the availability will be notified through this website and the email sent in the request of the participants.

    The deadline for submission of partial waivers or withdrawal of the application ends on April 21.

  • Throughout today, April 24, provisional scores may be accessed by opening a deadline of five working days from the day following their publication. That is, comienza on Monday 27, and it will end on May 4.

    These scores DO NOT GENERATE right or expectation of right regarding the final resolution of the contest.

    Through Baremada Contest Applications (SOBA) you can consult the provisional score.

    The application (SOBA) is accessed with a valid electronic certificate:

    Social Security Intranet: “Baremadas SIPS Petitions” and awarded in competitions.

    Social Security Internet: Start (Citizens/Other procedures/Baremated applications).

    The claims will be made exclusively through the following email address: concursos.ooaayss@incluision.gob.es

    THEY MUST NECESSARILY INCLUDE IN THE BODY OF THE MESSAGE: NAME AND SURNAME, IDENTITY CARD OF THE CONTESTANT AND INDICATION OF WHERE THE HYPOTHETICAL ERROR IS IN THE FILING (THEY MUST RECORD THE CALCULATIONS MADE BY THE INTERESTED PARTY AND INDICATE THE SCORE CALCULATED BY HIM AND THAT DOES NOT COINCIDE WITH THE ONE GRANTED TOGETHER WITH THE DOCUMENTATION THAT WAS PROVIDED AT THE TIME AND THAT SUPPORTS THE CLAIM):

    No account will be taken of any allegation that does not arrive through the channel and in the manner indicated here.

    It will not be accepted new or different documentation than the one already delivered and that is not in accordance with the fifth base of the call.
