- Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia. Agreement on readmission of persons in an irregular situation, made ad referendum in Skopje on 6 February 2006 and published in the B.O.E. on 23 November 2006.
- Switzerland. Agreement on the readmission of persons in an irregular situation, as well as the Protocol on the application of the same, both signed in Madrid on 17 November 2003 and published in the B.O.E. on 20 January 2005.
- Poland. Agreement on readmission of persons in an irregular situation, signed in Warsaw on 21 May 2002 and published in the B.O.E. on 22 July 2004.
- Algeria. Protocol between the Government of Spain and the Government of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria on the movement of persons, done ad-referendum in Algiers on July 31, 2002 and published in the B.O.E. on 12 February 2004.
- France. Agreement on readmission of persons in an irregular situation, signed in Malaga on November 26, 2002 and published in the B.O.E. on 26 December 2003 and 30 January 2004.
- Mauritania. Agreement between the Kingdom of Spain and the Islamic Republic of Mauritania on immigration, signed in Madrid on 1 July 2003 and published in the Official Journal of the European Union. on 4 August 2003.
- Guinea-Bissau. Agreement on immigration, signed in Madrid on February 7, 2003. Published in the B.O.E. on 27 March 2003.
- Italy. Agreement on readmission of persons in an irregular situation, signed in Rome on 4 November 1999 and published in the B.O.E. on 7 February 2001.
- Estonia. Agreement on readmission of persons in an irregular situation, signed in Tallinn on June 28, 1999 and published in the B.O.E. on 11 May 2000.
- Lithuania. Agreement on readmission of persons in an irregular situation, signed in Madrid on November 18, 1998 and published in the B.O.E. on 19 April 2000.
- Latvia. Agreement on readmission of persons in an irregular situation, signed in Madrid on March 30, 1999 and published in the B.O.E. on 18 April 2000.
- Slovakia. Agreement on readmission of persons in an irregular situation, signed in Bratislava on 3 March 1999 and published in the B.O.E. on 20 April 1999.
