Object of the subsidies
The purpose of these grants will be to carry out projects that favour the reception and integration of applicants and beneficiaries of international protection, stateless persons and persons under the temporary protection regime in Spain. Likewise, socio-health care projects will be developed for residents of the CETI of Ceuta and Melilla. There are five different priorities, under the conditions and with the requirements set out in the Call for Proposals Resolution. Each entity may submit in its application only one project for each priority, except in the case of priority III, where one project may be submitted for each type:

- Priority I. Projects aimed at the creation and maintenance of reception facilities and the development of integration itineraries for applicants and beneficiaries of international protection, applicants and beneficiaries of stateless status, persons covered by the temporary protection regime in Spain.

- Priority II. Projects that facilitate social and health care in the Temporary Immigrant Stay Centers (CETI) of Ceuta and Melilla.
- Priority III. Projects aimed at raising awareness, training professionals and hosting specific groups. Types of projects:
- Projects aimed at promoting knowledge about asylum seekers and beneficiaries of international protection, as well as raising the awareness of the host society.
- Projects of training and improvement of professionals and volunteers who develop their activity within the framework of priorities I, III.3 and V of this call, as well as other agents involved.
- Projects aimed at the creation or maintenance of specific resources for the comprehensive care of vulnerable groups.
- Priority IV. Projects of equipment and adaptation of buildings. The purpose of these projects is to support the acquisition of adequate material resources for the operation or adaptation of the institutions’ reception facilities, the offices necessary for the management of the aforementioned facilities and the offices where the actions aimed at applicants and beneficiaries of international protection provided for in the Reception and Integration System are carried out.

- Priority V. Employment projects. The objective of this priority is to develop individualized integrated employment pathways for applicants and beneficiaries of international protection, stateless status and temporary protection, as well as to promote equal opportunities between men and women, prevent the production of xenophobic behaviour in the workplace and promote diversity in the business environment.
Beneficiary entities
- Entities or non-governmental organizations that meet the following requirements:
- To have as primary institutional purposes the realization of activities in favor of the following groups: immigrants, applicants and beneficiaries of international protection, statelessness and temporary protection.
- Lack of profit purposes.
- Have the scope of state action, according to its constitutive title, except those organizations whose territorial scope of action is Ceuta and Melilla.
- They must be legally constituted and duly registered in the corresponding state administrative register.
- Have sufficient structure and capacity to guarantee the fulfillment of the objectives, accrediting the necessary operational experience.
- Not have reinstated more than 40 percent of the grants and subsidies received in any of the last five calls as a result of a reinstatement procedure.
- International Organizations that have permanent headquarters in the Spanish State and meet the requirements a), b), e) and f) of the previous point.
Deadline for implementation
- The period of implementation of projects supported through priorities I, II, IV and V may be extended from 1 January 2019 to 31 December 2020.
- The period of implementation of projects subsidised through priority III may be extended from 1 January 2020 until 31 December 2020.
- However, in the case of continuity projects, the execution period may be extended from the date of completion of the actual execution of the project subsidized in the previous call to 31 December 2020 under the terms provided in Order ESS/1423/2012, of 29 June.
- In the case of staff linked to priority I, III.3 and V continuity projects, the eligibility period may be extended from 15 July 2015 to 31 December 2020. The period and percentage of imputation to these projects will be taken into account for the calculation of the amounts.
