a.The study, analysis, follow-up and report on supplementary social security instruments for their development, coherence and compatibility with the Social Security benefits system and the elaboration of normative proposals regarding the principles and systems of coordination between public and supplementary pensions in the workplace.
b.Acting as the Secretariat of the Commission for the Promotion and Monitoring of Open Public Employment Pension Funds, exercising the functions assigned to it by law.
c.Assist the Promotion and Follow-up Commission of public employment pension funds opened in the exercise of the functions attributed to it by law.
d.Carry out the preparatory actions and promote the recruitment files necessary for compliance with the current legislation on open public promotion occupational pension funds.
e.To cooperate with the General Directorate of Insurance and Pension Funds, attached to the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation through the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs and Enterprise Support, in the exercise of its functions as supervisory authority for pension plans and funds in the area of public promotion employment pension funds.
