3. The economic management of expenditure files from the credits of the Secretary of State, as well as the financial and treasury management, including the allotment functions and those inherent in the management of the payer funds attached to the Secretary of State.
4. The preparation of the recruitment files of the Secretary of State and the planning and monitoring of the administrative recruitment from the appropriations corresponding to the Secretary of State.
5. Internal coordination and monitoring of Community funds managed in the Secretary of State.
6. The management of European Union funds and action plans on asylum, migration, integration and inclusion.
