Functions

In the area of the management of the General Treasury of Social Security, the functions of:

  • Adaptation to the Electronic Administration of the processes and services of information and processing of said common service.
  • Definition and proposal of implementation of integral electronic services of attention to citizens and users .
  • Proposal of model and design of web portals.
  • Analysis of the processes for the realization of automation proposals, as well as revision and updating of the care model.

It will also assume, in matters within the competence of the General Treasury of Social Security, the coordination of web environments and the Electronic Headquarters of the State Secretariat of Social Security and Pensions.
