1. The direction and guardianship of the management entities and common services of the Social Security, attached to the Department, without prejudice to the competences attributed to other Ministries and to other units of the Department.
2. The promotion and direction of the legal management of the social security and pension system.
3. The promotion and direction of economic and financial planning and analysis of the social security and pension system.
4. The direction and coordination of the management of financial resources and social security and pension expenses.
5. The planning and supervision of the management exercised by the collaborating entities of Social Security.
6. The guardianship, superior direction and coordination of the legal assistance of the management entities and common services of the Social Security.
7. To propose and support, in the performance of its functions, the Data Protection Delegate of the State Secretariat for Social Security and Pensions.
8. Any other competence that, legally or by regulation, is attributed to you.
