Resolution of 23 January 2026, of the Under-Secretariat, calling for a general call for tender for the provision of jobs in the Social Security Administration. “Official State Gazette” of 11 February.
This contest is aimed at officials belonging to bodies and scales of the State Administration. There are no posts that can be held by officials belonging to bodies and scales of other Administrations (Autonomous or local).

Resolution of 17 February 2026, of the Under-Secretariat, correcting errors in the Resolution of 23 January 2026, calling for a general tender for the provision of jobs “Official State Gazette” of 11 February.

- This contest is not open to bodies or scales of local administrations or autonomic.
- The submission of applications via registration is NOT accepted and to be able to allege technical difficulties these MUST BE ACCREDITED as already indicated in the document published on this website on February 11 (Document with very relevant information specifically on pages 7 and 8):
- The incidents can only be resolved if they are presented before 10:00h on the last day of the deadline. Thereafter, the SGAD may not be able to provide its technical support in a timely manner that would justify the submission of the application outside the SIGP.
- The convening authority is not obliged to accept applications outside the SIGP if they are not accompanied by the appropriate justification of the SGAD.
- Article 68.4 of Law 39/2015, of 1 October, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, which reads: ‘If any of the subjects referred to in Article 14.2 and 14.3 submit their application in person, the Public Administrations shall require the interested party to correct it through their electronic submission. For these purposes, the date of submission of the application shall be deemed to be the date on which the amendment was made’. Article 16.8 states that: ‘Documents and information whose special arrangements establish another form of presentation shall not be deemed to have been submitted to the register’.

From Monday 23, the possibility of making partial and total resignations through the SIGP portal is eliminated, being from that moment, in accordance with the provisions of the eighth basis of the call, the sending of the writings of partial resignation or withdrawal together with a copy of the application presented, to the following mail address: concursos.ooaayss@inclusion.gob.es

Important: Check the “Type of application” in the “Applicant Data” section as it will show if “Contest” or if it is excluded.
The causes of exclusion are those included in the bases:
- Request after the deadline.
- Belong to bodies or scales of the Local or Autonomous Administration or participate from service relations other than that of a career official (labor or interim official).
- Not having taken possession in the body or scale in which it is intended to compete with the known loss of the status of official of that body, etc. ).
- Not to have spent two years since the last definitive destination.
- Total resignations.
- Or any other of those included in the Regulations for the Admission of Personnel to the Service of the General Administration of the State and for the Provision of Jobs and Professional Promotion of Civil Servants of the General Administration of the State or in the bases of the contest (having taken possession in another contest of another Secretariat of State/Ministry after the deadline for submitting applications).
Through Baremada Applications (SOBA) you can access to consult the status of your application. It is noted that discontinued applications (total waiver) through the SIGP no longer appear as participants.
The application “Baremada Contest Applications” (SOBA) is accessed with a valid electronic certificate:
- Social Security Intranet: “Baremadas SIPS Petitions” and awarded in competitions.
- Internet of Social Security: Home (Citizens/Other procedures/Baremated applications).
It is possible that if you resigned fully or partially 24 hours before the opening of the SOBA you will not find it reflected in that application.
Check also the data in ‘Applicant Data’ such as ‘*Body’ from which it participates, ‘BOE Date’ (is the date of appointment as a career official), ‘Opposition Number’ is the position in which it remained in opposition, ‘Group’ from which it participates, ‘Degree’ consolidatedat the end of the deadline for submission of applications and ‘Seniority (days)’ which is the total seniority.
In the section “Scores” ONLY check that there are all the posts requested, excluding partial resignations.
THE APPLICATIONS HAVE NOT YET BEEN EVALUATED, so no scores appear.
Allegations of exclusion will be made by sending an email to concursos.ooaayss@inclusion.gob.es accompanied by the original application PDF and referring to documentation provided in time and form on the electronic file of your application.
ANY OTHER DOCUMENTATION WILL BE CONSIDERED EXTEMPORANEOUS.
The deadline for claims of exclusion ends on June 26.

- Contests being active from the same body from which it contests
- Concursa being active in a body other than the body from which it concurs

The Valuation Committee has decided, in accordance with the fifth point 1, that the Administration should make available to these personnel through the Intranet and the Internet the Annexes IV and V for download that should be returned once signed, stating the agreement or disagreement, as the case may be, to the Personnel Units within ten days from the date of availability which is expected to be next 14 July from 12:30, that is UNTIL 28 JULY2026.26

On September 3, starting at 12:30 p.m., the provisional lists of evaluation of the applications will be made available to all the contestants through the SOBA.
In accordance with the provisions of the eighth point 3, total or partial waivers may be made until 31 August by email, which must be included in the subject: ‘Partial partial waiver’ or ‘_Total waiver’_ as appropriate, and in the text the DNI with letter without separations or points, for example: 123456789J and the contestant's full name. As an annex you must attach the request of the contest to verify the authenticity of the sender.

The contestants are reminded that in this macro only total seniority is valued in the Administration and that is why in the SOBA it only appears in a field and is not segregated by groups. In the data visualized corresponds to the sum of all antiquities regardless of the subgroup or service relationship according to the fourth base I.4
Likewise, it is recalled that the period of allegations to any error noted in Annexes IV and V (issued to INSS, TGSS, ISM, IGSS, GISS, SJSS, INGESA and IMSERSO personnel) extends from 14 to 28 July (information note of 7 July) and the period of allegations to scores will begin the day after its publication in SEPTEMBER.
