Specific contest of the Department

Resolution of February 27, 2025, of the Undersecretariat, which calls for specific competition for the provision of jobs in the Department. ‘Official State Gazette’ of 10 March.

Events

  • List of valuable courses: 19/02/2025 Department specific contest (first quarter update 2025).

    Presentation of telematic requests will be done through the Works portal (SIGP).

    Information note related to the accreditation of merits of the assumptions relating to the reconciliation of personal, family and work life and training and further training courses.

    Annexes in Word (to download) to be filled in with the computer, Annex III is generated by the SIGP so it does not have to be filled in Word except in the circumstances described in the third base point 1.

    NO ACCOUNT WILL BE TAKEN of courses not included in General Merit Annex IV.

  • Resolution of 17 March 2025, of the Under-Secretariat, amending the resolution of 27 February 2025, calling for the specific competition for the provision of jobs in the Department. “Official State Gazette” of March 21.

  • It is advised that contestants who have not delivered ANNEX V during the period of submission of applications are excluded and it is not a correctable circumstance. Neither will the lack of any certificate of merit if the justification for having requested it has not been delivered in due time.

    As established in the eighth point 2 of the call, the exclusions are made public through the SIGP.

    An allegation period of 5 working days is opened.

  • List of excluded persons

    According to the eighth point 2 of the call, the list of excluded participants is made public. The participation status of the contestants can also be consulted through SIGP by accessing their file individually.

    A new deadline for submissions of 5 working days is opened.

  • According to the eighth base point 3: “Both the partial waiver of one or more specific posts in the application and the withdrawal of the application, which entails the withdrawal of all the posts requested, shall be admitted up to two days before the date of publication of the provisional lists of evaluation of the applications. Such a date shall be advertised in due time.”

    These lists will be published on June 12th.

  • Continuing with the planned calendar announced last day 3, the provisional lists of valuation of the merits are published.

    The ninth base in turn establishes a “_period of five working days,_ allegation to count from the day after its publication”.

    This list DOES NOT GENERATE right or expectation of right regarding the final resolution of the contest.

    The claims to provisional scores will be formulated through the SIGP, indicating the score with which you disagree. It is recalled that:

    · The qualifying courses must be listed in Annex V and certified in Annex IV.

    · Specific merits must also be listed in Annex V and certified in Annex VI.

    The way of submitting claims is the same as the claims to exclusions, procedure described in the section “_Consultation of the state of participation, access to the making of claims to exclusion and withdrawals_” of the document presentation of telematic applications will be done through the portal Works (SIGP).
