According to the eighth point 2 of the call, the list of excluded participants is made public.
A notice period of 5 working days is open from day 30 of June to 4 of July, inclusive. The claims must be duly identified with name and surname and ID in the following mailbox concursos.tgss-sscc.concursos@seg-social.es

Resolution of 20 July 2025, of the Under-Secretariat, declaring the month of August 2025 to be unsuitable for the purpose of calculating the time limits of the contests convened within the scope of the Ministry of Inclusion, Social Security and Migration. ‘Official State Gazette’ of 28 July.

As stated in the eighth base:
“_3. Both the partial waiver of one or more specific posts of the application and the withdrawal of the application, which implies the withdrawal of all the requested posts, will be admitted up to 2 days before the date of publication of the provisional lists of evaluation of the applications. This date will be publicized in due time.”_ The date for partial resignations and withdrawals will be until 13 November, inclusive.
The provisional lists of valuation will be published on November 18 through the FUNCTION PORTAL, which is accessed with a valid electronic certificate.
As stated in the ninth base:
“In order to inform the different candidates, the Valuation Commission will publish on the website of the Ministry of Inclusion, Social Security and Migration, the provisional lists of valuation of the merits for each position. In these lists, a period of allegation of 5 working days will be established, starting from the day following its publication. Provisional scores shall be automatically raised to final if no submissions have been made.”
The deadline for the submission of allegations will end on 25 November.
The procedure for submitting claims will be to send an email to the following email address stating the name, ID and where the hypothetical error is located: concursos.tgss-sscc.concursos@seg-social.es

As set out in the ninth base, the Valuation Commission publishes the provisional merit assessment lists for each post. An allegation period of five working days is open, starting from the day after its publication.
These listings DO NOT GENERATE rights or expectations of rights with respect to the final resolution of the contest.
These valuations can be accessed through Function@ (Services of RR.HH.-SIGP) portal that is accessed with a valid electronic certificate.
The deadline for submission of allegations to the scores ends on November 25.
