Verónica Ollé Sesé

Verónica Ollé Sesé has been Secretary General and secretary of the RTVE Equality Observatory until May 2021. She joined RTVE in September 2018 as director of the Corporation's Legal Department, being a member of the EBU Legal Committee since May 2019.

She graduated in Law from the University of Barcelona, for nine years (2000-2010) she practiced as a lawyer at the Uría Menéndez law firm, as coordinating associate of the labor department in the Barcelona office.

She entered the Judicial Career in 2011. She has been a magistrate of the Social Courts 2 of Tarragona and 10 of Barcelona between 2011 and 2018, and substitute magistrate of the Superior Court of Justice of Catalonia (2010-2011). .

She has a postgraduate degree in Law from the University of Caen (France) and a Master's Degree in Legal Protection of Fundamental Rights from the Autonomous University of Barcelona, and has completed the Promociona program for women in senior management (CEOE-ESADE).

In the teaching field, she has participated in different programs at the University of Barcelona, the Madrid Business Institute, Esade, Eada, the UOC and the Barcelona Bar Association. She is the author of various articles on Labor Law and Social Security.
