Functions

  1. Formulation and follow-up in terms of objectives and spending programs, of the action plans of the General Treasury.
  2. Preparation of the preliminary draft of the cost of the Treasury and the resources of the System.
  3. Processing of dossiers of budgetary modifications.
  4. Monitoring and evaluation of expenditure programmes and on budget implementation.
  5. Realization of economic-financial, statistical and actuarial analyses and reports.
  6. Preparation of reports on the economic impact of normative projects.
  7. Elaboration and proposal of alternatives that improve the efficiency of the expenditure.
  8. Optimization of the resources.
  9. The rationalization of economic management, as well as the administration of the information system of the data registered in the databases and other files owned by the General Treasury of Social Security, for statistical purposes.
