Functions

  1. The issuance of legal reports on national and international standards and projects with an impact on the entity, as well as the processing and resolution of consultations.
  2. Collaboration with the Department in the elaboration of the provisions of Social Security, in the formulation of the interpretative criteria, as well as the registration and control of legality of the provisions of an internal nature.
  3. The elaboration of normative projects in the field of competence of the General Directorate.
  4. The organization, processing and control of property liability files for the operation of the services of the National Social Security Institute.
  5. Technical support and collaboration with the Department on international conventions, agreements, treaties and organizations.
  6. The management and control of the Documentary Fund.
