Functions

  1. Direction, impulse, control and, where appropriate, resolution of previous claims and administrative resources, except in personnel matters.
  2. The processing of discrepancies with the General Social Security Intervention.
  3. Organization, processing and control of property liability files for the operation of the services of the General Treasury.
  4. The finalization of the liquidation records and the imposition of sanctions for Social Security infringements on the workers, when such functions correspond to the General Directorate of the General Treasury.
  5. The processing and resolution of consultations.
  6. The elaboration of normative projects in matters within the competence of the General Treasury and the issuance of reports on national and international standards and projects that affect the management of the agency.
  7. The administrative ordination.
  8. The report and processing of service instructions and the teaching of these in the subjects of their competence.
  9. The issuance of proposals and reports on the administrative procedures of the agency, as well as technical support and collaboration in terms of agreements, conventions, treaties and international organization.
